Network administrators (on-premises):

  • P6 EPPM network overseers create an organization's atmosphere (Neighborhood and broad area organizations) for optimal execution. In P6 EPPM, they introduce and maintain the server and client modules. They supervise client access to project data and develop and maintain a comprehensive security policy to ensure that project data is protected against unauthorized access, robbery, or injury.

  • Network directors ensure that the equipment and programming that support P6 EPPM work reliably by establishing and maintaining the organization to ensure solid connections and quick information flow; and establishing and maintaining precise arrangements of organization assets and clients so that each has its own unique organizational personality.

They are supervisors who generate work and manage a team, and they typically utilize P6 and P6 Progress Reporter to focus on temporary errands or goals, especially when the duration differs from the project's planning period.

  • Individuals in teams:

  • Individuals in teams are prepared in a certain area of competence that is needed on a project. They collaborate with their supervisor to develop exercises and terminology that may be incorporated into the schedule. When new exercises are added to the schedule, team members update it using P6 or P6 Progress Reporter to show what they did during their designated accounting intervals.
